Our team processes orders within 1-2 business days, though processing times may vary during peak demand periods. This is separate from shipping times. 

Shipping Information

We use UPS and USPS for fulfillment, with deliveries scheduled Monday through Friday. Please note, shipping times are separate from the time it takes to process and prepare your order for shipment.

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped, as we cannot intervene once the package is handed off to UPS or USPS. If your order requires a signature upon delivery and is returned to us because you were unable to sign for it, a refund will not be issued. For bulk orders (e.g., pound quantities), we will assist in arranging a re-shipment if necessary.
